SURGUTNEFTEGAS SUMS UP ITS PRELIMINARY OPERATING RESULTS FOR 2004

OJSC “Surgutneftegas” has summed up its preliminary operating results for 2004. The Company significantly increased virtually all of its performance indicators.

As compared to 2003, oil production rose 10% to exceed 59.4 mn tons and gas production rose over 3% to total 14.3 bn cubic meters. The Company processed over 4.1 bn cubic meters of gas. OJSC “Surgutneftegas” drilled over 3 mn meters of rock, including 211.8 thousand meters of exploratory drilling.

The Company commissioned 884 new wells.

17.01.2012 SURGUTNEFTEGAS RAMPS UP OIL PRODUCTION
In 2011, Surgutneftegas produced 60,780,500 tons of oil (up 2% from 2010), where new producing areas – Talakanskoye and Alinskoye fields in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) – increased their output by 62% to 5,384,900 tons of oil per year.

On 16 December 2011 Surgutneftegas launched the third oilfield in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) – the Severo-Talakanskoye field.
