SURGUTNEFTEGAS SUCCESSFULLY ACQUIRES 21.2% SHAREHOLDING IN MOL

Today Surgutneftegas completed the acquisition of a 21.2 per cent shareholding in MOL.
Surgutneftegas is interested in the continuing development of MOL’s business for the benefit of all MOL’s shareholders and is keen to contribute to the ongoing growth of MOL. “Surgutneftegas as the largest shareholder looks forward to a productive and long-lasting relationship with MOL and its management”, said Vladimir Bogdanov, Director General of OJSC “Surgutneftegas”.
