SURGUTNEFTEGAS SUMS UP ITS OPERATING RESULTS FOR 9 MONTHS OF 2005

Oil production of OJSC “Surgutneftegas” during the nine months of 2005 reached 47 mn 493 thousand tons (including 234 thousand tons produced at the Talakanskoye field) against 43 mn 947 thousand tons during the same period of 2004, which translates into an 8% increase.

IN 2006, SURGUTNEFTEGAS COMMISSIONS 3BCM GAS PROCESSING PLANT

In 2006, OJSC “Surgutneftegas” is to commission a “Gas Processing Plant Equipped with Turbine Expander No. 3” which will help boost the production capacity of its gas processing facilities to 7.2 bcm per annum from a design capacity of 4.2 bcm per annum.
