Following the consideration of the agenda, the shareholders approved the Company’s annual report and annual accounting statements, including profit and loss account for 2009.

OJSC “Surgutneftegas” reviewed the results of the medium-term environment protection measures program “ECOLOGY – 2007-2009”.
