SURGUTNEFTEGAS AND SIBUR SIGNED A LONG-TERM CONTRACT

On September 23rd, Vladimir Bogdanov, Director General of OJSC “Surgutneftegas” and Alexander Dukov, President of OJSC “AK Sibur” signed a long-term contract to supply 1.514 million tons of wide spread of light hydrocarbons and approximately 31.5 thousand tons of compressed associated petroleum gas.

OJSC “SURGUTNEFTEGAS” SUMS UP ITS OPERATING RESULTS. JANUARY-AUGUST, 2003 VERSUS JANUARY-AUGUST, 2002.

Throughout the first eight months of this year Surgutneftegas produced 35.373 million tons of oil, a 10% increase over the same period of 2002, when the Company produced 32.148 million tons of oil.
